Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure you’re enjoying the coffee, supplies, and merchandise we have for sale and that it brings you some joy. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or there was an issue with a delivery we want to do what we can to make things better. 

Damaged or Lost Shipment

If you're looking for info regarding undelivered or damaged packages or if you didn't receive your full order or the wrong items - please email us at info@curiosityco.shop and you will hear from us within 48 hours (likely sooner).

Coffee Bags

If you're unhappy with your coffee bag purchase, email us at info@curiosityco.shop and we will help troubleshoot and provide tips to ensure you're experiencing the best coffee with your personal setup. We recommend making sure you’ve read over the Brew Basics to make sure you’re following our general recommendations. We are unable to accept returns on food products (which coffee bags fall under) but will do everything we can to make sure you’re getting the most from your coffee.

Other Merchandise

For brew equipment, shirts, hats, books, candles, and other merchandise items, a full refund can be requested if the items are unused within 30 days of delivery. To start a refund, email us at email us at info@curiosityco.shop and we'll get things started.
